Thank you for shopping at CyclingPassion. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our standard shipping and fulfillment procedures below.

Delivery Range

United States Only: We currently fulfill and ship orders exclusively within the United States. We do not support international shipments, nor do we ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Processing Times

  • Handling Window: All approved orders require 2 business days for packing and warehouse processing before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Operating Days: Our warehouse team operates Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays will begin their 2-day processing window on the following active business day.

Transit Times & Expectations

Once your order leaves our facility, standard domestic delivery takes between 5 and 8 business days.

Keep in mind: The total time from checkout to your doorstep is the processing time (2 days) plus the transit time (5–8 days), meaning your package will generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days total.

Tracking Your Order

When your shipping label is generated, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display live updates after the carrier takes possession of the package.

Shipping Rates

Any applicable shipping charges will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout screen before you finalize your payment.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives physically damaged, or if the tracking confirms delivery but the package is nowhere to be found, please contact our support team immediately. We ask that you retain all original boxes and packing materials so we can successfully file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
